Atelier TwentyOne was founded on a passion for craftsmanship, sustainability, and design. In our studio, we create kiln-charred wood of the highest quality, tailored for applications ranging from cladding, decking, and fencing to bespoke furniture.
For us, the process is about substance, not surface. Each piece is carefully handcrafted, investing time and energy into details that bring true authenticity. Backed by more than 20 years of experience in construction and engineering, our team has fused technical expertise with a passion for charred wood. The outcome is a proprietary process that reinterprets and modernises the traditional Japanese art of Shou Sugi Ban bringing it into the present with precision, durability, and design flair.
To guarantee speed, consistency, and sustainability, Atelier TwentyOne produces its entire range in our own factory in Poland. By sourcing timber exclusively from trusted partners, we ensure that every product meets the highest standards of quality while remaining environmentally responsible.
