About Siberian Larch Wood Anthracite

Its dark and deep tone, with subtle nuances, evolves elegantly over time. Timeless and undeniably aesthetic, it gives your cladding a unique character.

  • Allow wood to acclimatize on-site for at least 5–7 days before installation.
  • Orientation: horizontal, vertical, or diagonal, depending on design and/or profile.
  • Use kiln-dried structural timber battens (C24) or an aluminium cladding system, spaced max. 400–600 mm, depending on board size.
Ensure continuous rear ventilation with a minimum 20 mm air gap behind the cladding.
  • Install a UV-resistant façade membrane suitable for open-joint and ventilated rainscreen systems.
  • Use flashing to protect open cavities and exposed areas where required.
  • Use self-drilling stainless steel facade screws (grade A2 or A4); pre-drill where necessary to avoid splitting.
  • Hidden clip systems may be used depending on the profile.
  • Seal all saw cuts with a compatible touch-up or finishing oil to maintain performance and appearance.

Re-oiling every 4–5 years is recommended if colour retention is desired.

  • Country of origin: Russia
  • Fire Resistance (EN 13501-1):
    • Untreated: D-s1, d0
    • Treated: B-s2, d0
  • Use Class (EN 335):
Class 3 – outdoors, above ground
