The project

We worked with Douglas Fir, a wood type that continues to captivate with its warmth, grain, and timeless character. To give the facade rhythm and visual interest, we used three distinct board widths paired with precision shadow gaps.

This subtle variation transforms each plank into its own statement, highlighting the unique textures and tonal shifts of the wood as it interacts with light and season. Every detail has been considered to honour the natural material while adding architectural depth and movement.
