Kownatki Lake House project
The project
We are partnering with Rohe Developer on this truly remarkable project: a 36-hectare private estate nestled by the shores of Lake Kownatki, Poland. Featuring a private beach, pier, and 122 individual properties, this quiet, enclosed retreat is surrounded by the natural beauty of pine forests.
The client’s vision behind the project is both simple and inspiring: to bring childhood dreams to life by building homes that blend seamlessly into their forest surroundings. Our charred wood timber slats, mounted onto Alucobond cladding, plays a key role in achieving that harmony, adding warmth, depth, and natural texture to each house.
